    It was the best experience of my life! I have stayed at many international hotels but this is the best of the best. Everything!

    The reception staff is a little bit not up to scratch - the ladies there are not competent enough to handle a query and dont understand english so well and always has to call a supervisor if it is not a straight forward check in or out. Neale and Rahu was extremely helpful but I did not get the room that I booked for on the website and had to fight a bit for a better room than my first 2 nights and still did not get the room as per the photos on the website. But we were still happy with the hotel - the hotel and rest of it was stunning!!!!

    It is an excellent property in terms design and looks. It is well maintained and the rooms are very comfortable with all necessary facilties for a traveller. The staff is very courteous and well trained and always willing to go the extra mile...

    Consider me officially shocked

    From the fine architecture to the perfect service, my experience was nothing short of amazing. The concierge, specifically Anush and Rohan, crafted an lovely adventure to Mysore. Breakfast spread was amazing, including live counters and a plethora of dishes. This place redefines luxury and hospitality! I can't wait to return!
